Mango Delight Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup fresh cream (whipped)
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 8-10 crushed digestive biscuits or graham crackers
  • 1/4 cup mango pulp (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 2 tbsp sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Chopped nuts for garnish (e.g., almonds, pistachios)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Mangoes:
  • Peel and dice the mangoes into small cubes.
  • Blend half the mangoes into a smooth pulp if desired.
  1. Mix Cream and Condensed Milk:
  • In a bowl, combine whipped cream and condensed milk.
  • Add sugar if extra sweetness is needed and mix well.
  1. Layer the Dessert:
  • In serving glasses or a dish, add a layer of crushed biscuits as the base.
  • Add a layer of diced mangoes on top of the biscuit layer.
  • Pour the cream and condensed milk mixture over the mango layer.
  1. Repeat Layers:
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  1. Garnish:
  • Add some diced mangoes, mango pulp, and chopped nuts as a garnish.
  1. Chill and Serve:
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
